We use professional packing material and boxes to protect your items and have a 99.9% success rate in delivering undamaged goods. However, loss and damage can still occur. For this reason, we offer US Postal Insurance for all shipments as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during shipment.
Postal Insurance Rates are $1.70 for the first $50.00 worth of insurance. If you wish to have your item(s) insured please check the insurance option to add the appropriate amount of insurance for your purchase(s). For each additional $50.00 of insurance you require click the "Yes" button for Insurance Coverage on the next item in your purchase to add the additional $50.00 worth of insurance
In the case of damaged/broken items be sure to keep the original shipping container and all packaging materials. Take the package and damaged/broken item to your local Post Office to file your insurance claim. Your shipping label contains all the insurance information required by the Post Office.
You may return an item within 15 days of receipt and the purchase price will be refunded. The returned item must be in the original packaging and in LIKE NEW condition. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Since we offer insurance on your purchase, we do not accept returns for damaged items. If your item is damaged or broken in shipment please remember to keep the shipping container and all packaging material for when you go to your local US Post Office to file your insurance claim.
